Greater Cincinnati Redevelopment Authority

Monroe Local School District
Project included excavation & embankment, sanitary & storm sewers, water mains, asphalt pavement with concrete curbs, electrical & landscaping for the building of the new public school buildings in Monroe, OH.
Otto Armleder Park
City of Cincinnati
Project included site work to athletic field, shelters, roadways and playground. Work also included installation of a stone fenced shelter on piles and restroom facility also on piles. Installation of water main, sewers and wells included along with various finishing touches such as lime stabilization and landscaping.
Mill Creek Revetment - Spring Grove Ave.
City of Cincinnati - US Army Corps of Engineers
Project included 20,000cy of excavation and 9,000sqyd of cellular block revetment requiring 18,000 tons of riprap and geotextile fabric and 14,000sqyd live post and stakes. Work also included the planting of 250 trees, 8 acres of wildlife seeding, 13,000sqyd grasses and 1,000ft of live branch layering.

Lexington Convention Center
Messer Construction
Value: $6,800,000
Sitework and underground utility installation for the renovation of the Lexington Convention Center. Work consisted of drilling and blasting 16,000cy of rock, moving 5,000cy of excavation, boring and installation of the storm and sanitary lines. Project also included the installation of 900lf of 6’x4’ box culvert and the installation of all underground utilities. Additionally, all foundations were brought to grade, using 30,000tons of DGA for the subgrade prep for a new parking garage and pavilion structures.
