This project consisted of the installation of approx 850ft of 10ft x12ft storm box culvert that connected to the combined sewer system via approx 270ft of 36” diameter storm pipe. Work also included the separation of approx 200ft of 24”-30” diameter storm pipe & approx 600ft of 8” diameter sanitary pipe. Utility relocation of approx 880ft of 8” diameter water main, the demo of a single building, bioretention basins and roadway improvements also included.

Project included 8000 Lf of precast box culvert sewer located along the bank of the Great Miami River. Relocation of 1500 Lf of 36” PCCP watermain. Job also included the installation of multiple cast-in-place junction chambers.

This project included conduit, manholes, sanitary taps, curb inlets and grates, underground detention, maintaining traffic and mobilization for the rebuild of the downtown Cincinnati Streetcar. Work included the installation of pipe up to 42” diameter at depths up to 26’ underground.

As part of the Oakley Station redevelopment, the project included the widening and replacement of Disney St. with sanitary, storm and water main. Job included pipe up to 48” in diameter and installed at depths up to 24’ underground.

Project consisted of a ~20’ Deep pump station, ~800 LF of 4” Force Main, 8” gravity sewer. New Wet Well, Generator Vault and Valve Vault. Proposed design also called for site improvements such as a concrete driveway to access the station.
